Box Office Hours
Monday through Saturday 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Box office opens one hour prior to scheduled shows for will call and same-day ticket purchases.
How to Order Tickets
- By Phone: Call the Norris Box Office at 630.584.7200 ext. 10. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover credit cards. Our Box Office staff is small, so we may have to call you back. Be prepared to leave a daytime number where you can be reached.
- By Fax: Fax your ticket order to 630.584.7262 together with your credit card information to charge your order.
- By E-mail: E-mail your ticket order to boxoffice@NorrisCulturalArts.com together with your credit card information to charge your order. We do not have ordering available online at this time. However, a seating chart is available here and you can confirm show dates and times.
- In Person: (Except for Miss Illinois Pageant) You may purchase tickets at the Norris Box Office between 11 a.m. and 4 p.m., Monday through Saturday. We are also open one hour prior to shows, but please don't wait until the last minute because we cannot guarantee seating!
- By Mail: Mail your ticket order and check to:

Patrons with Special Needs
Please notify the Box Office at the time you purchase your tickets if you require special assistance or seating arrangements. Wheel chair seating is available, but limited.
Seating
All performances begin promptly at the scheduled time. Latecomers are seated at the discretion of ushers or management. Reserved seating is available unless otherwise indicated. If you would like to sit with friends or family, orders must be submitted at the same time. Check with the Box Office regarding the availability of group discounts.

Ticket Prices
Ticket prices vary and are listed separately for each performance. A processing fee and service fee is charged for all ticket orders received by telephone, fax, e-mail, or website. The service fee is waived if you pay by cash or check. Some exceptions apply.
Ticketing Policy
Program dates and times are subject to change. Programs are subject to change and/or substitution. There will be no ticket refunds. However, pending availability, tickets may be exchanged for another Norris sponsored event, provided you call the Box Office at least 48 hours prior to the show you will not be attending. Any unused tickets to Norris sponsored events may be turned in to the Box Office, and they will be treated as a tax-deductible contribution. Note that programs marked with an asterisk (*) are sponsored by other parties and may not be exchanged.
Gift Certificates
Norris gift certificates make excellent gifts and are available for purchase through the Norris Box Office. Call 630.584.7200 ext. 10 for details. Note that Norris gift certificates can be used only for Norris sponsored shows.
